骨质疏松股骨转子间强化的生物力学研究

【摘要】 目的 评价加压滑动鹅头钉 (DHS)固定时添加复合磷酸钙骨水泥 (CPC)对骨质疏松股骨转子间生物力学的性能。方法 采用 16个股骨上段标本 ,随机分为两组 ,强化组和非强化组 ,强化组添加复合CPC。结果 CPC强化可显著改善螺钉初始松动加载力 ,由灌注前的 (888.5± 114.5 )N加大至灌注后 (332 7.3± 2 6 2 .3)N ,最大轴向拔出力由 (115 8.0± 197.8)N加大至 (372 8.3± 2 2 3.1)N ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 骨质疏松股骨转子间强化后能显著提高DHS的稳定性

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the features of biomechanics of dynamic hip screw(DHS) fixed in the intertrochanter with osteoporosis with calcium phosphate cement(CPC). Methods Sixteen femurs of superior segment were randomly divided into two groups: Augmentation and non-augmentation group. CPC was inserted in augmentation group.Result Augmentation with CPC may improve the initial mobile force of DHS. The initial mobile force and the pull-out strength for augmentation group,non-augmentation group were as follows: (888.5±114.5)N, (3327.3±262.3)N.and increased up to(1158.0±197.8)N,(3728.3±223.1)N after concretion with CPC. The difference between both groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusions The augmentation with CPC can enhance significantly stability of DHS in intertrochanter with osteoporosis.
