【摘要】 目的　探讨维生素对血管内皮细胞的保护作用及前列环素I2 (PGI2 )和血栓素A2(TXA2 )平衡的影响。方法　制作大鼠高胆固醇血症及蛋氨酸负荷动物模型 ,同时各实验组给予不同的维生素 ,对照组给予等量生理盐水。用放射免疫法测定血浆前列环素和血栓素A2 的稳定代谢产物 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α和血栓素B2 及血浆内皮素的水平。结果　维生素E、B6、B12 +叶酸均能显著降低血浆内皮素及血栓素A2 水平 ,多种维生素联用降血浆内皮素的作用更强。各种维生素对 6—酮—前列腺素F1α的影响不明显。结论　维生素的适当补充对保护内皮细胞、调节前列环素和血栓素A2 平衡有一定的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of vitamins on protection of endothelial cell impairment and serum equilibrium TXA 2 and PGI 2.Methods The animal modle of hypercholesterolemia and methionine load in rats were prepared by fed with either various vitamins as experimental groups or physiological saline as the control group for 4 weeks.The levels of serum 6-keto-prosteglandinF1α and thromboxaneB 2 which were the steady metabolites of prostacyclin and thromboxaneA 2, and the level of plasma endotheline were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of plasma endotheline and thromboxaneB 2 decreased significantly in all vitamin groups, the decrease of endotheline was more significant in the multiplex vitamin groups than that in the single vitamin group. However, we did not find significant effects of vitamins on 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1α.Conclusions The adequate supplement of vitamins is effect on protecting endothelial cell and adjusting throboxaneA 2/prostacyclin equilibrium, thereby it may be favourable for preventing atherosclerosis initiation and development.更多还原
