【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of development and application for the script character recognition technology now. This paper proposes a scheme for the script character recognition technology based on the form. This scheme include three process of disposal such as image pretreatment, feature extracting, classifying. then, the technology of constructing a classifier using a neural net and tow phases of the neural nets application are emphatically researched.
