非接触测温误差的修正方法研究

【摘要】 在非接触式新型测温仪中 ,借助吹风来消除光路中水蒸汽对辐射能的选择性吸收带来的测温误差 .本文利用喷流换热理论研究空气流体与铸坯的热交换过程 ,通过 ANSYS系统进行分析 ,确定风冷因素对测温误差的影响 ,进而在新型仪表的研制中用来校正吹风引起铸坯温降导致的测量误差

【Abstract】 In the new non contact instrument of temperature measure , we ventilate the light way to blow away so as to eliminate the inaccuracy of the temperature measure which is caused by the vapors selective absorption of the radiation energy.we aiming to use the theory of heat exchange by cascading in the thesis to study the heat process between air stream and the casting flans, through ANSYS system analysis to confirm the effect of air cooling fator on measuring error, and put this theory into the research of the new type of instruments to asjust measuring error resulted from the casting flan temperature falling caused by blowing.
