【Abstract】 The development of multimedia application promotes the generation of Interserv and Diffserv technology.Different quality services can be provided by Interserv and Diffserv according to the type of information and the request of users.Therefore,QoS based accounting is necessary.In the paper, the common styles of network charging are introduced and the factors affecting price are analysed . Some accounting proposals are compared and then an architecture of Qos based accounting system are presented. Finally, accounting policy of Diffserv typical services is discussed.更多还原
