粉末冶金成形压制过程实时质量监控探究
The research of real-time inspection on quality during powder metallurgy suppressing process
【摘要】 通过分析粉末成形压制过程中模具模架系统振动特征与压坯密度之间的关系,提出采用时序模型参数识别压坯密度的方法,为实现成形压制过程产品质量的实时监控提供一条新的途径。
【Abstract】 The application of utilizing time series model to identify the density of suppressing flan has been expanded, and give a new approach to inspect and control the quality at real time during powder metallurgy suppressing process.
