吡喹酮影响日本血吸虫病兔血清Ca2+变化的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨吡喹酮用药前后血清 Ca2 +浓度的变化并观察疗效。方法 使用吡喹酮 10 0mg/kg和 5 0 m g/kg剂量于用药前后不同时间取血清检测 Ca2 +浓度 ,用灌流法检获虫体 ,计算减虫率及减雌率。结果 不同剂量用药后 2、4、8、2 4h的血清 Ca2 +浓度均明显低于正常水平 ,30 d后血清 Ca2 +浓度基本恢复正常 ;10 0 mg/kg剂量减虫率为 89.7% ,5 0 mg/kg为 72 .2 % ,减雌率均为10 0 %。结论 日本血吸虫病兔经吡喹酮治疗期间的血清 Ca2 +浓度低于正常

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the concentration changes of serum calcium before and after using praziquantel (PQT) and the drug effect. Methods Using PQT with doses of 100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg on the experiment rabbits and taking their serums in different time intervals, the changes of calcium concentration before and after using the drug were tested. The worms were also got in order to calculate the worm reduction rate and female worm reduction rate. Results There were significant differences (P<0.01) with the levels of calcium concentration in the 100 mg/kg group compared with the control group after using PQT for 2,4,8,24 hours, the worm reduction rate was 89.7%. There were differences (P<0.05) with the levels of calcium concentration in the same times in the 50 mg/kg group compared with the control group, the worm reduction rate was 72.2%. The female worm reduction rates were 100% in the two experiment groups. The concentration levels of calcium for two experiment groups went up in the 30 d after using PQT. Conclusion The concentration for the serum calcium in the rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum was lower than the normal value during the treatment of praziquantel.
