【Abstract】 This paper firstly points out the important and realistic meaning of technological innovation systems to the industrial transformation and sustainable development of resource-based cities,then analyses the problems and difficulties of the establishment and perfection of the technological innovation systems of the resource-based cities in China.Finally,this paper puts forward a framework of technological innovation systems of resource-based cities and makes some suggestions and countermeasures as well.更多还原
