离心机控制系统设计
Design of the Control System of the Centrifuge
【摘要】 研究的目的是针对离心机系统中存在的延迟滞后、惯性、非线性和时变性 ,设计离心机控制系统。研究方法是先给出控制系统的结构 ,提出可调节PID控制算法 ,利用传感器获取离心机当前的工作状态信息 ,通过软件方法进行查表得到PID参数。最后实验结果证明该控制系统是有效的。该控制器能较好地实现对指令信号的跟踪 ,具有广泛的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 To deal with the problems of delay, intensive inertia and serious nonlinearity in a centrifuge system, the control system of the centrifuge is developed in this paper. The structure of the control system is presented. An adjustable PID control algorithm is used in the centrifuge. After getting present information on the state of the centrifuge by some sensors, we inquire the table by software. At the same time we get accurate PID controlled variables. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through experiments. The controller can realize the tracking of command signal and has a great practical value.
