共沉淀法合成铈锆复合氧化物及表征
Characterization and Preparation of Cerium-Zirconium Composite Oxides by a Co-Precipitation Approach
【摘要】 以共沉淀法制备了Ce0.8Zr0.2O2复合氧化物。样品经BET法比表面积测定,XRD,SEM和粒度分布等表征,结果显示500℃时(Ce Zr)O2即形成单一立方相固溶体,SBET可达到135m2·g-1,D50为7.17μm,经900℃老化6h后,仍保持相结构不变,SBET还大于40m2·g-1,显示了较高的热稳定性。
【Abstract】 A simple and convenient coprecipitation approach for the preparation of ceriumzirconium composite oxides has been studied. The method, based on the coprecipitation of an aqueous solution of metal salts at stoichiometric ratio by ammonia, followed by boilling treatment under high pressure,filtration,washing,and cacination, leads to the formation of single cubic ceriumzirconium solid solution with high thermal stability at 500 ℃. After characterization of BET,XRD,SEM and particle sizing, samples show high specific surface area (of 144 m2·g-1 after cacination at 500 ℃ for 2 h; more than 40 m2·g-1 after aging at 900 ℃ for 6 h) and high thermal stability. D50 of samples is about 7 μm.
