共沉淀法合成铈锆复合氧化物及表征

【摘要】 以共沉淀法制备了Ce0.8Zr0.2O2复合氧化物。样品经BET法比表面积测定,XRD,SEM和粒度分布等表征,结果显示500℃时(Ce Zr)O2即形成单一立方相固溶体,SBET可达到135m2·g-1,D50为7.17μm,经900℃老化6h后,仍保持相结构不变,SBET还大于40m2·g-1,显示了较高的热稳定性。

【Abstract】 A simple and convenient coprecipitation approach for the preparation of ceriumzirconium composite oxides has been studied. The method, based on the coprecipitation of an aqueous solution of metal salts at stoichiometric ratio by ammonia, followed by boilling treatment under high pressure,filtration,washing,and cacination, leads to the formation of single cubic ceriumzirconium solid solution with high thermal stability at 500 ℃. After characterization of BET,XRD,SEM and particle sizing, samples show high specific surface area (of 144 m2·g-1 after cacination at 500 ℃ for 2 h; more than 40 m2·g-1 after aging at 900 ℃ for 6 h) and high thermal stability. D50 of samples is about 7 μm.
