酸性媒介深黄GG稀土染料的制备、表征及染色性能
Preparation, Characterization of Mordant Deep Yellow 2G Rare Earth Dyes and Its Effectiveness for Dyeing Wool Fabrics
【摘要】 制备并提纯了酸性媒介深黄GG稀土(La,Nd,Y)染料,稀土及元素分析测得其稀土与酸性媒介深黄GG染料物质的量的比为1∶2,红外光谱、紫外 可见光谱分析表明,在酸性媒介深黄GG稀土染料的结构中,稀土离子(La3+,Nd3+,Y3+)与配体染料分子中的羧基、羟基产生配位作用,并与磺酸基作用;所有样品的羊毛布料染色实验及其各项牢度测试结果表明:酸性媒介深黄GG稀土染料羊毛染色比相应配体酸性媒介深黄GG染料和相应的铬络合染料染色颜色鲜艳,酸性媒介深黄GG稀土染料的多项羊毛染色牢度比相应的配体酸性媒介深黄GG染料好,但比相应的铬络合染料差。
【Abstract】 3 mordant deep yellow 2G Rare Earth dyes (RE=La, Nd, Y) were prepared and purified. The compositions of the RE dyes were analyzed by the method of EDTA complexometric titration and elemental analysis. The structures of the RE dyes were characterized by FTIR, UVVS. The effectiveness of RE dyes for dyeing wool fabrics was studied. Abrasion fastness, soapwashing fastness, perspiration fastness, waterwashing fastness, light fastness for the RE dyes were evaluated according to the regulation of National Bureau of Standards(N.B.S). The result shows: For the mordant deep yellow 2G RE dyes the mole ratios for RE3+ and mordant deep yellow 2G are 1∶2, The RE3+ (La3+, Nd3+, Y3+) coordinate with carboxy(-COO-), hydroxyl-(-OH) of the mordant deep yellow 2G and bond with sulfa group(-SO3H). The colorability of wool fabrics dyed by mordant deep yellow 2G La, Nd,Y dyes is brighter than that by mordant deep yellow 2G and by the mordant deep yellow 2G Cr dye, The La, Nd, Y dyes give more good fastness of wool fabrics than the mordant deep yellow 2G and poorer than the mordant deep yellow 2G Cr dye.
