二乙氧基嘧啶胺Ni(Ⅱ)固体配合物的合成和表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Ni2+ Complex with 2-Amino-4, 6-Ethyloxypyrimidine (EMP)
【摘要】 嘧啶类化合物与金属离子形成的配合物作为动物饲料添加剂,不仅增强原药物的活性、延长持效期和半衰期,而且还能降低毒性。研究表明[1]:Pt和Pd的嘧啶类配合物具有很好的抗癌效果,但对人体特别是肾脏等器官的毒性大;若用人体必需的微量元素Cu,Zn,Co,Ni等代替Pt或Pd,则可能降低毒性。
【Abstract】 2Amino4, 6ethyloxypyrimidine (EMP) was synthesized using benzyltriethylammonium (BTEA) as a catalyst in yield of 87.5%. A solid complex of the Ni(Ⅱ) with it was obtained by reacting AMP with NiCl2 in ethanol. The composition of the complex was determinated by chemical analysis and microanalyses as Ni(EMP)2·Cl2. The structure of the complex and sp3d2 of the hybridization type of Ni2+ were characterized by I R, XPS and 1HNMR.
