含稀土复合变质剂对铸态锰钢性能的影响
Effects of RE-Containing Complex Modifying Agents on Properties of As-Cast Manganese Steel
【摘要】 研究了含稀土复合变质剂对铸态锰钢的组织及性能的影响。铸态锰钢经变质处理后,得到了在奥氏体基体上弥散分布有孤立碳化物的组织,该铸态锰钢具有初始硬度高,加工硬化能力强,足够的冲击韧性和良好的抗磨性能。
【Abstract】 The effects of REcontaining complex modifying agents on the structure and properties of ascast manganese steel were studied. By means of the modification procedure, an ascast manganese steel, which has higher initial hardness, good impact toughness, better workhardening ability and good wear resistance, has been obtained.
