钇和铈掺杂对海泡石热稳定性的影响

【摘要】 使用XRD,DTA,TG和IR以及N2吸附等手段分析了Y和Ce掺杂对海泡石结构、比表面积和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,Y和Ce的掺杂能够显著提高海泡石的比表面积,同时二者均能改善海泡石的热稳定性,其中掺Y效果更为明显。分析了产生这种现象的原因。

【Abstract】 Sepiolite modified with Ce and Y was used to investigate the effects on the thermal stability of this clay. The structure was studied by Xray diffraction. Isotherms were determined by N2 adsorption. Thermal stability was determined using XRD, DTA and TG measurements. Sepiolite doped with Y and Ce showed larger surface area than pure sepiolite. However, sepiolite doped with Y appears to be more effective than Ce doped in delaying the dehydroxylation with temperature. The intercalation of Ce and Y into sepiolite improves the thermal stability, which may increase the utility of sepiolite as catalysts.
