N-二苯基氧化膦亚甲基-(S)-焦谷氨酸及其硝酸铈配合物的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of N-[(Diphenylphosphine Oxide)methylene]-(s)-Pyroglutamic Acid and Its Cerium Nitrate Complex
【摘要】 新化合物N 二苯基氧化膦亚甲基 (S) 焦谷氨酸(PO PGA)由Ph2PH,HCHO和(S) 谷氨酸在甲醇中通过Mannich反应,然后经H2O2氧化而制得。化合物PO PGA的晶体结构经X射线单晶衍射而确定。晶体为正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数a=9.319(2),b=15.512(3),c=2.6456(6)nm,Z=4,Dc=1.273g·cm-3。该标题化合物通过分子间氢键连接形成环二聚体(PO PGA)2(CH3COCH3),空腔大小为0.5656nmⅹ0.3405nm。经元素分析、IR、H1 NMR、P31 NMR和质谱对PO PGA及其和硝酸铈形成的配合物的(PO PGA)2Ce(NO3)3·(H2O)3性质进行了研究。
【Abstract】 New compound of N[(diphenylphosphine oxide)methylene](S)pyroglutamic acid (POPGA) was prepared by the reaction of Ph2PH, HCHO and (S)glutamic acid in methanol, and then oxidized by H2O2 in acetone. Single crystal Xray structural analysis of the compound indicates that POPGA crystallizes in space group P212121 with a=9.319(2), b=15.512(3), c=2.6456(6) nm, Z=4, Dc=1.273 g·cm-3. The compound exists in a hydrogenbonded cyclic dimer (POPGA)2(CH3COCH3) with a cavity of 0.5656×0.3405 nm2. And the complex (POPGA)2Ce(NO3)3·(H2O)3 formed between POPGA(2equiv) and cerium nitrate (1equiv) was characterized by IR and element analysis.
