La2O3∶Sm发光粉的合成与发光性质的研究
Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of La2O3∶Sm Phosphor
【摘要】 以La2O3和Sm2O3为原料,用碳酸盐沉淀法制备了La2O3:Sm3+发光粉,并分别用XRD,SEM和发光光谱及寿命进行了表征。La2O3晶相的形成温度为800℃,其发光强度随温度升高而增强。La2O3基质中Sm3+的最佳掺杂浓度为1.5%(摩尔分数)。
【Abstract】 Using metal nitrates La2O3 and Sm2O3 as the starting materials, La2O3∶Sm3+ powder phosphor was prepared by carbonate coprecipitaion method. The formation of La2O3 phase was characterized by Xray diffraction (XRD), SEM, photoluminescent spectrum and luminescent lifetime, respectively. It is shown that pure La2O3 phase is obtained at 800 ℃ according to the result of XRD, and the crystallization degree increases with the increasing the annealing temperature.
