Y2O3∶Eu3+发光薄膜的溶胶凝胶法制备、表征及图案化

【摘要】 采用Pechini溶胶 凝胶法制备了纳米级Y2O3∶Eu3+发光薄膜,同时,通过软石印技术得到了条纹宽度为5~60μm的Y2O3∶Eu3+图案化发光薄膜。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、付里叶变换 红外光谱(FT IR)、原子力显微镜(AFM),光致发光(PL)光谱及寿命等方法对得到的发光薄膜进行了表征。XRD结果表明500℃时薄膜开始结晶,900℃已结晶完全,得到了立方相的产物。图案化的条纹在烧结的过程中发生了明显的收缩(50%)。Y2O3基质向掺杂的稀土离子Eu3+发生了有效的能量传递,使得Eu3+显示出5D0 7FJ(J=0,1,2,3,4)特征发射。寿命和光致发光光谱的研究表明,发光强度随着温度的升高而增强。

【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline Y2O3∶Eu3+ phosphor films and their patterning were fabricated by a Pechini solgel process combined with a soft lithography. Xray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), photoluminescence (PL) spectra as well as lifetimes were used to characterize the resulting powders and films. The results of XRD indicate that the films began to crystallize at 500 ℃ and the crystallinity increases with the elevation of annealing temperatures. Using micromolding in capillaries technique, we obtained homogeneous and defectsfree patterned gel and crystalline phosphor films with different stripe widths (5, 10, 20 and 50 μm). Significant shrinkage (50%) was observed in the patterned films during the heat treatment process. The doped Eu3+ shows its characteristic emission in crystalline Y2O3 phosphor films due to an efficient energy transfer from Y2O3 host to it. Both the lifetimes and PL intensity of the Eu3+ increases with increasing the annealing temperature from 500 to 900 ℃.
