氯化镧拮抗内毒素作用的初步研究
Antiendotoxic Effect of Lanthanum Chloride
【摘要】 用定量鲎基质显色法测定LaCl3结合内毒素 (LPS)的能力。通过ELISA、荧光定量RT PCR方法观察LaCl3对LPS诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (Mφ)肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)分泌及TNF αmRNA表达的影响。通过小鼠死亡率观察LaCl3对LPS毒性的影响。结果显示LaCl3具有结合LPS ,抑制TNF α分泌及TNF αmRNA表达 ,降低LPS毒性的作用
【Abstract】 The ability of LaCl 3 to bind lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was determined based on quantitative limulus test. The effect of LaCl 3 on the secretion of TNF α and the expression of TNF αmRNA in murine peritoneal macrophages stimulated by LPS was studied by ELISA and SYBR Green I fluorescence quantitative RT PCR method. The influence of LaCl 3 on the virulence of endotoxin was evaluated by observing the mortality rate of mouse challenged by LPS. The results indicate that LaCl 3 has functions of binding LPS, decreasing the toxicity of LPS, suppressing secretion of TNF α and expression of TNF αmRNA.
