改进注浆法制备(ZrO2)0.92(Y2O3)0.08电解质薄管的电学性能及应用
Electrical Properties and Applications of (ZrO2)0.92 (Y2O3)0.08 Electrolyte Tubes with Thin Wall Prepared by Improved Slip Casting Method
【摘要】 用改进注浆法制备出长度为 2 2 6~ 2 6 6mm ,厚度为 0 4~ 0 9mm ,相对密度为 96 7%的 (ZrO2 ) 0 .92 (Y2 O3 ) 0 .0 8电解质薄管 ,用SEM和交流阻抗谱研究了样品的微结构和电学性能 ,分析了烧结密度、晶粒和晶界对样品电学性能的影响 ,考察了用该电解质薄管组装的固体氧化物燃料电池的性能。结果表明 :样品的致密度随烧结温度的升高而逐渐增大 ,样品的微结构对其电学性能有强烈的影响 ,样品的电学性能随烧结密度的增加而增大 ,晶粒电导率和晶界电导率也随烧结温度升高而得以改善 ,16 5 0℃烧结的样品具有较好的烧结性能。单电池的最大开路电压和短路电流分别为 0 946V和 1 84A ,85 0℃时最大输出功率为 0 46W。
【Abstract】 Yttria stabilized zirconia electrolyte tubes with thin wall, which are 226~266 mm in length, 0 4~0 9 mm in thickness, and 96 7% in relative density, were prepared with improved slip casting method. The microstructure and electrical properties of the samples sintered at different temperatures were studied using SEM and AC impedance spectroscopy. The effect of sintered density, grain and grain boundary on the electrical properties of samples was analyzed. The electrical properties of the SOFC made by this YSZ electrolyte tube were evaluated as well. The results show that the densification of samples increases gradually with increasing of sintering temperatures. The microstructure of samples strongly influences their electrical properties, and with increasing of sintered density the electrical properties of samples are enhanced. The ionic conductivity of grain and grain boundary is improved as the sintering temperatures increase. The better sinterability of samples was obtained at the sintering temperature of 1650 ℃. The maximum of open circuit voltage and short circuit current for single cell is 0 946 V and 1 84 A, respectively. The maximum of output power of single cell is 0 46 W at the temperature of 850 ℃.
