【摘要】 针对风险投资公司的经营能力问题 ,依据风险投资的运作机制和风险公司经营活动的特征 ,首先建立了一套包括业绩与经验、管理能力、人力资源和资产状况等 4个方面的评价指标体系 ,共涉及 1 0个指标 .然后在此基础上 ,针对建立的指标体系中既有主观指标又有客观指标的特点 ,给出了一种模糊多指标评价方法 .最后通过一个实例计算说明了给出方法的应用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to study the assessment problem on the operation ability of venture capital firms. Firstly, according to the operation mechanism of venture capital and the operation characteristics of venture capital firms, an evaluation index system involving performance and experience, management ability, human resources and asset status is established. Then, a fuzzy multiple index evaluation method is presented. Finally, an example is given to show the application of the proposed method.更多还原
