【Abstract】 According to the theory of meta\|synthesis methodology from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, we created the new evaluating model for information system projects, that is DHGF (the Meta\|synthesis of improved Delphi, analytic Hierarchy process, Grey interconnect degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating).
