基于案例推理的ICU应急诊断系统
Case Based Scheme for ICU
【摘要】 依据应急治疗的医学知识和实践经验 ,综合运用案例推理、模糊推理和缺省推理等方法 ,对重症监护病房中的多种危险病症采取病因和病症相结合的诊治思路进行推理机制的设置 ,建立基于案例推理、模糊推理和缺省推理相结合的 ,能迅速确定重症监护治疗方案的推理模型 .建立了某医院应急治疗系统的原形系统 .
【Abstract】 Based on knowledge and experience of critical care medicine, we apply case-based reasoning, fuzzy reasoning and default reasoning etc on medical diagnosis and design a prototype of a medical expert system. The system has a reasoning engine which integrate pathogeny and symptom diagnosis methods.
