Al对MoSi2材料干摩擦磨损性能的影响
Effects on the dry friction and wear characteristics of MoSi2 by the addition of Al
【摘要】 运用 M- 2型摩擦磨损试验机测定了不同载荷条件下 Al/Mo Si2 材料与 4 5钢配对时的干摩擦磨损性能 ,采用 SEM观察了摩擦副表面的形貌 ,利用 X- ray分析了相组成 ,并探讨了其磨损机制 .结果表明 :少量 Al的添加降低了 Mo Si2 材料的摩擦磨损性能 ,其摩擦系数和磨损率均可用负荷的 4项式表示 .随负荷增大 ,Al/Mo Si2 材料的磨损机制主要表现为微切削、粘着磨损和凿削式磨粒磨损 .图 4 ,表 3,参 16
【Abstract】 The dry friction and wear properties of Al/MoSi 2 composite against 45 steel under different loads were investigated by using an M 2 type friction and wear tester.SEM and X ray were employed to analyze the morphology of the friction surface and the phase status in order to reveal the wear mechanisms of Al/MoSi 2 composite. Results show that the addition of minor aluminum decreases the dry friction and wear properties of MoSi 2 material.And the friction coefficient,μ,and wear rate, W ,of MoSi 2 and Al/MoSi 2 composite can be described better by the quadrinomial of load, p . With the increasing of loads, the main wear mechanisms of Al/MoSi 2 composite are micro cutting,and adhesive wear and gouging abrasive wear.4figs.,3tabs.,16refs.
