【Abstract】 Some basic problems in research of negotiation support systems(NSS), which include the definition of negotiation, theoretical model of negotiation activity, research method of negotiation issues, origin and development of NSS, research direction of NSS etc., are discussed thoroughly in this paper. According to the present state and the difficulties in this research field, architecture is analyzed, development pattern and configurations are outlined in this paper.更多还原
