【摘要】 提出了兼容度和差异度的概念 ,给出了判断评价方案优劣的标准 .以此为契机 ,构建了兼容度极大化和兼容度、差异度极大极小化两个数学模型 ,把多种评价方法的特点兼收并蓄 ;导出了评价方案的择优方法 .最后 ,用系统的观点 ,设计并实现了一个融评价方案的创新和选优于一体的评价方案优化系统 ,并举两个实例阐明其应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Put forward the ideas about compatibility degree and difference degree which give standard to judge priority of evaluation schemes. On the basis of this constructed mathematical model of maximizing compatibility degree and mathematical model of minimizing difference degree then maximizing compatibility degree, these two models contain the characteristics of evaluation methods; derived method for selecting optimum from evaluation schemes. At last, designed and realized the optimization system of evaluation schemes with both of creating and selecting optima from evaluation schemes by means of systems point of view, and gave two real examples for explaining its application.更多还原
