【摘要】 在当今信息时代 ,文献信息的计算机管理和网络化已是大势所趋。高校院系资料室存在服务手段落后、文献资源匮乏等问题 ,已不能适应时代的需要。在高校纷纷开通校园网 ,着手进行图书馆自动化、网络化建设的大好时期 ,资料室必须抓住机遇 ,依托校园网 ,与图书馆系统连接 ,走网络化之路。各级领导要提高认识 ,投入一定的人力、物力、财力 ,重点抓好队伍建设和书目数据库的建设更多还原

【Abstract】 In the contemporary information era, it is the tendeney of times for the computerized management and network of the documents and information. There exist such problems as the backwardness of the methods of service and the shortage of the resource of information and documents in the reference rooms of the departments and colleges in universitiy, so they are no longer able to satistify the need of the times. Now we are facing a golden period when most of the universities are now connecting the network of campus and undertaking the construction of the automation and network of their libraries. The reference rooms should take this advantage and depend on the network of campus to connect themselves with the systems of the library and develop their own networks. And the leaders of all levels should highly realize this trend and put adequate labour, resource and funds in this work to construct the personnel and the index database of the libraries.更多还原
