高频加热装置连续化制备石墨纤维的研究
STUDY OF THE CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF GRAPHITE FIBERS BY HIGH FREQUENCY INDUCTION HEATING
【摘要】 采用高频感应快速加热法 ,配以专门设计的石英管反应器 ,制成了连续生产石墨纤维的全套装置 ,能满足生产石墨纤维的各种工艺参数 ,例如温度 2 80 0℃以上 ,升温时间 2s ,走丝速度 4 0 0m h ,停留时间 10s。此法可生产出优质的石墨纤维 ,其力学性能达到了日本东丽公司M4 0产品的水平。它与传统的石墨化电炉相比 ,有投资少、能耗低、升温快、温度均匀、成本低的优点 ,具有广阔的应用前景
【Abstract】 High modulus PAN based carbon fiber was produced continuously by high frequency induction heating. Carbon fiber can be heated to 2?800?℃ in 2?s and retained at that temperature for 10?s with a speed of 400?m/h using this apparatus. The mechanical properties of the graphite fibers produced are comparable with those of Toray M40, showing that this method have good prospects.
