【Abstract】 With the development of the socialist market economy and the approach of the knowledge economy, hign demands are imposed on the quality of reporters.Not only should the reporters have senses of competition,high social responsibility,they also should be sensitive,and have abilities of making investigation and reseach.To some extent,they are social activists.Therefore,the knowledge structure of the reporters will often need to be renewed.Reporters must build up themselves from all aspects and be more creative and self-disciplined,so that they can adjust themselves to the new enviroment.更多还原
