【摘要】 区域可持续发展的基本特征是其三维性和系统性。所谓三维 ,即区域可持续发展的构成要素、时间关系和空间关系 ;所谓系统 ,即区域是人地系统 ,区域可持续发展遵从系统增长、演化的规律。因此 ,区域可持续发展理论 ,可以概括为三维系统理论。以此为基础 ,区域可持续发展的调控可以概括为三维系统调控 ;相应地 ,调控的对策也必须具备三维性和系统性。目前 ,区域可持续发展调控的总体对策应为 :立足要素维 ,拓展空间维 ,推进时间维 ,系统地解决区域可持续发展过程中存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic characteristics of regional sustainable development are its three dimensional and systematical nature. The former means the component factors, time relationship and spatial relationship; the latter means that region is human earth system, regional sustainable development complies with the laws of systems increasing and evolving. Therefore, the theory of regional sustainable development can be summarized as the three dimension and system theory. Based on that, the regulation of regional sustainable development can be summarized as three dimension and system regulation; accordingly the countermeasure of regulation must be also three dimensional and systematical, and the general countermeasure of regulation of regional sustainable development should be: standing on the factor dimension, developing on the spatial dimension, advancing on the time dimension and solving the important problems in regional sustainable development systematically.更多还原
