【Abstract】 The analysis indicate that Heilongjiang’s animal industry possesses cost advantage,but does not price advantage,which results from circulation hindrance of inadequate government policy.In the light of this analysis,we should let market play a more important role it includes giving easier market access to specialized household agent of transact,setting up regional center markets and standardizing quarantine,sanitation and anti-epidemic in accordance with world market requirement.By these measures we can obtain the objects about"Ten-Five" planning to develop animal industry.更多还原
