【摘要】 为了解新生儿早期血脂水平与性别、孕周、出生体重的关系 ,检测了 93例不同性别、孕周 ,不同出生体重的新生儿 ,生后 2 4～ 4 8小时内早晨空腹时血清甘油三脂 (Tg)、胆固醇 (Tc)、载脂蛋白A(apo A1)、载脂蛋白 β(apo β)。显示生后 2 4～ 4 8小时内血清TgTcapo A1apo β ,男婴与女婴无显著差异 ,早产适于胎龄儿与足月适于胎龄儿无显著差异 ,足月不同出生体重的新生儿无显著差异。新生儿早期血脂水平与性别、孕周、出生体重无关更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship between the levels of triglyceride(Tg),Total cholesterol(Tc),apolipoprotein A 1(apo A 1), apolipoprotein β (apo β) in serum of infants. The levels of Tg ,Tc, apo A 1, apo β in serum of 93 infants with different gestational age and birth weight were measured in 24 48 hrs after birth . Results showed that the levels of Tg, Tc, apo A 1, apo β in serum of the early infants were not correlated with the sex, gestational age and birth weight.更多还原
