【摘要】 经济增长与劳动就业有密切联系 ,二者相互影响 ,相互制约。从我国的实际情况来看 ,经济增长是就业水平的基础 ,而就业水平又反映了经济增长的质量。政府决策部门应从国情出发 ,选择有利于劳动者就业的经济增长方式 ,同时要通过制定相关政策 ,调整产业结构 ,提高劳动者素质 ,保持较高经济增长率等途径 ,切实解决劳动者的就业问题更多还原

【Abstract】 The rate of economic growth has an intimate contact with the labour employment and the two factors affects each other with confining. From the practical condition of our country, the economic growth is the basis of the employment level while the quality of the economic growth is reflected through the employment level. In consideration of the situation of the country, the decision making department of the government should choose the fashion of economic growth benefitting labour employment and conscientiously solve the problem of labour employment through adjusting industry structure, improving the character of the labour, formulating correlated policy, maintaining relative high rate of economic growth.更多还原
