【Abstract】 Real right of mineral resources isn’t regarded as a part of real rights of immovables in our theory of civil law. Only the right of mining is mentioned in the traditional textbook of civil law. The author thinks that: 1) Mineral resources should be put under the real rights of immovables. 2) The ownership of mineral resources should be included in the group of real rights on immovable mineral resources. 3) Right of mineral search, right of mining and mineral land-use right should be deprived from ownership of mineral resources.更多还原
