大鳍鳠成鱼静止代谢率的初步研究
Study on Resting Metabolism of the Adults in Bagrid Catfish, Mystus Macropterus
【摘要】 于2001年6月至2001年7月,采用封闭式呼吸仪,在27 5℃水温下测定了24尾采集于嘉陵江的大鳍成鱼(体质量范围为52 5~149 6g)的静止代谢率,其中雄鱼11尾,平均体质量(93 8±7 8)g;性腺发育到Ⅱ和Ⅲ期的雌鱼8尾,平均体质量(80 2±7 8)g;性腺发育到Ⅳ期雌鱼5尾,平均体质量(115 6±6 6)g.大鳍静止代谢率与性腺成熟系数相关不显著,与体质量显著相关,相关关系为:M=e4 71m0 80.根据该方程的体质量指数(0 80),以实验鱼的平均体质量为标准体质量对各实验鱼的代谢率进行调整,得到雄鱼和Ⅱ,Ⅲ期雌鱼及Ⅳ期雌鱼的标准体质量代谢率的平均值分别为(174 5±9 9),(182 7±9 7),(191 4±9 6)mg kg h.性腺发育到Ⅳ期雌鱼的标准体质量代谢率高于发育到Ⅱ和Ⅲ期雌鱼的标准体质量代谢率,但统计检验表明二者间无显著差异(P>0 05),雌雄鱼间静止代谢率差异也不显著(P>0 05).还对影响大鳍成鱼静止代谢率的主要因素进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 24 adult bagrid catfish Mystus macropterus with weight ranging from 52.5 to 149.6 g were collected from Jialing River, of which were 11 males, 8 females in ⅡⅢ phase of gonad and 5 females in Ⅳ phase, with mean weight of (93.8±7.8) g, (80.2±7.8) g and (115.6±6.6) g, respectively. Resting metabolic rates of the fish were measured with closed respirometers at 27.5 ℃ from June to July in 2001. The resting metabolic rate was correlated significantly with body weight but not significantly with gonadosomatic index. Regression equation to describe the relationship between metabolic rate and body weight was developed as: M=e4.71m0.80. Based on the weightexponent (0.80) of this regression equation, the standardweight metabolic rate of each fish was estimated by the mean weight of the tested fish as standard weight. The results showed that mean standardweight metabolic rates of males, females of Ⅱ and Ⅲ gonad phase and Ⅳ gonad phase were (174.5±9.9), (182.7±9.7) and (191.4±9.6) mg/kg.h, respectively. Standardweight metabolic rate in females of Ⅳ gonad phase was higher than that in females of Ⅱ and Ⅲ gonad phase, but the statistical analysis suggested that difference was not significant(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between resting metabolic rates in females and males(P>0.05). It was also discussed what would be the main factors which might influence resting metabolic rate of the adults in this fish.
