竹叶提取液对H22肝癌细胞生长的影响
Effect of Banbo Leaf Extract on Growth of H22 Liver Cancer cell in Mice
【摘要】 目的研究竹叶提取液对小鼠移植性H2 2 肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用。方法于右侧腋下接种H2 2 肝癌细胞 ,观察不同浓度竹叶提取液对肿瘤大小以及对小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数的影响。结果实验组肿瘤体积明显缩小 ,瘤重减轻 ,胸腺、脾指数显著提高。结论竹叶提取液对H2 2 肝癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of bamboo leaf extract(BLE)on growth of transplanted H 22 live cancer cell in mice.Methods Inject H 22 liver cancer cell into right infra-axillary dermis.The size of the transplanted tumor and exponent of thymus as well as spleen are detected 3 weeks after filling with BLE.Results After administration for thymus and spleen come to increase.Conclusion the results indicate that BLE can show a satisfactory function of inhibiting tumor growth.
