【摘要】 目的探讨参麦注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的效果。方法 6 0例视网膜静脉阻塞患者 ,随机分成两组 ,观察治疗组及对照组血流变参数及视力的改变。结果治疗组患者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间和纤维蛋白原均比用药前降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组眼底病变趋于稳定和改善多于对照组。结论参麦注射液具有降低视网膜静脉阻塞患者的血液粘度 ,改变和稳定眼底病变 ,提高治疗效果的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Senmai injection on treating retina vein occlusion.Methods 60 cases were randomly devided into two groups; the cure group(n=32) was treated with Senmai injection,the control group (n=28) was treated with placebo,then observe the hemorheologic parameters and the change of visual acuity.Results The hemorheologic parameters (blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis time and fibrinogen) in the cure group were lower than that in untreated one (P<0.05),while there were no changes in the control group (P>0.05).The retinopathy were more stable and improved in the cure group than that in the control group.Conclusion The Senmai injection can lower the patient′s blood viscosity,improve the retinopathy and enhance the cure effects.更多还原
