竹叶提取液对荷瘤小鼠血液SOD及MDA水平的影响

【摘要】 目的从抗氧化角度探讨竹叶提取液对荷瘤小鼠血液中SOD及MDA水平的影响。方法于小鼠右侧腋下接种ASP 1肺癌细胞 ,观察不同浓度竹叶提取液灌胃后 ,受试动物血液中SOD活性及MDA含量的变化。结果实验组SOD水平明显上升 ,MDA含量明显下降。结论竹叶提取液能提高荷瘤小鼠对自由基的清除能力

【Abstract】 Object To study antioxidative mechanisms of BLE (bamboo leaf extract) that can change plasmic MDA and SOD activity in rats model.Methods Inject ASP-1 lung cancer cell into right infra-axillary dermis.The alteration of plasmic malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were monitored in rats treated with multiple doses of BLE.Results It was found that MDA content were decreased whereas the activities of SOD were increased in BLE groups.Conclusion The results indicate that BLE can promote capacity on scavenging free-radicals in mice bearing carcinoma.
