【摘要】 目的 :探讨cyclinD1蛋白表达与胃癌发生发展及其与组织类型的关系。方法 :采用S -P免疫组化技术 ,检测胃癌组织中cyclinD1蛋白的表达。结果 :在 6 3例胃癌标本中有 2 0例cyclinD1阳性表达 ,阳性率为 31 75 %。 5 0岁以下年龄组胃癌cyclinD1阳性表达明显高于 5 0岁以上年龄组 (P <0 0 5 )。cyclinD1在胃癌不同组织类型中的表达无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。在癌周和萎缩性炎、非典型增生的胃粘膜也可见cyclinD1阳性表达。结论 :cyclinD1蛋白过度表达与胃癌发生发展有关 ,与胃癌的组织类型没有明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Cyclin D1 is encoded by PRAD1 and CCND1 genes, and is possibly a oncogene protein. This paper is to investigate the correlation of cyclin D1 expression with pathogenesis and development and with histological type of gastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression of cyclin D1 in gastric carcinoma was observed by means of immunohistochemical method. Results: Out of 63 cases of gastric carcinoma, 20(31.75%) showed immunostaining positive. The positive staining in patient, aged<50 years, was significantly higher than that of patients aged over 50 year (P<0.05).Cyclin D1 positive immunostaining in mucosa of peri-cancer, atypical hyperplasia and atrophic gastritis was occasionally seen. There was no significant difference of cyclin D1 expression among the different histological types and invasive depths of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion: The expression of cyclin D1 is related with the development of gastric carcinoma and independent of the histological types of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
