可循环微泡沫钻井液研究

【摘要】 可循环微泡沫钻井液是近年来国内外推出的一种新型低密度钻井液体系 ,它克服了普通泡沫钻井液因气量大而导致泵上水不好 ,不能连续重复使用 ,造成工艺上附加设备多 ,使用上处理剂浪费大和因排放而可能严重污染环境等一系列问题。从微泡沫体系的形成与稳定性理论分析出发 ,提出了可循环微泡沫的物理化学模型 ,对该模型的形成条件、稳定条件、应用条件等进行了实验研究 ,获得了满足以上各种条件的可循环微泡沫钻井液体系。该体系具有稳定性高 ,密度可调 (0 .5~ 0 .9g/cm3 ) ,滤失量小 ,抗盐、抗钙、抗温性能较好等优点。

【Abstract】 A new kind of low-density system, which is called recyclable micro-foam drilligfluid, has been put forward recently both domestic and overseas. It has overcome most disadvantages of conventional foam system such as bad pumping and one-off use that may lead to lots of waste of agents and serious environmental pollution. Based on the theoretic analysis of formations and stability of the micro-foam system, a physical chemistry model has been put forward in this paper. By a lot of experiments on the basis of the formation, stability and application conditions, a system that can accord with the hypothetical conditions has been obtained finally. The system has many advantages such as high stability, adjustable density (range from 0.5~0.9-g/cm 3), low filtrate and good ability to resist salt, calcium and temperature.
