镉污染对鲢抗氧化防御系统影响研究
THE EFFECTS OF CADMIUM POLLUTION ON THE ANTIOXIDANT DEFENSE SYSTEM OF ARISTCHTHUS NOBILIS
【摘要】 采用毒性实验方法 ,研究了不同浓度的镉 (Cd2 + )对鲢几种组织内抗氧化防御系统酶———超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的影响。结果表明 ,在实验剂量范围内 ,Cd2 + 对鲢几种组织内SOD活性均有不同程度诱导 ,其剂量———效应曲线均为抛物线 ,即低浓度Cd2 + 对SOD起诱导作用 ,高浓度则起抑制作用。不同组织内SOD对Cd2 + 的敏感性不同 ,按敏感性大小顺序排列为 :血清 >肝脏 =鳃 >肌肉 ;按Cd2 + 对不同组织SOD活性最大诱导倍数高低次序排列为 :血清 >肝脏 >鳃 >肌肉 ;表明 ,灵敏指示Cd2 + 对鲢胁迫程度的优选组织是血清 ,其次是肝脏
【Abstract】 A toxic experiment was made to study the effect of different concentration of cadmium (Cd 2+ ) on the activity of the antioxidant defense system, i.e. superoxide dismutase (SOD) in different tissues, of Aristchthys nobilis. The results showed that within the dosages adopted in the experiment, Cd 2+ induced, in different degrees, SOD activity in the tissues of Aristchthys nobilis . The dosage-effect curves were all parabolic, suggesting that low concentration of Cd 2+ induced SOD while high Cd 2+ concentration inhibited it. The sensitivity of SOD to Cd 2+ differed with tissue, being serum > liver = gill >muscle, and the maximal induction multiple sequence of Cd 2+ on SOD appeared to be serum > liver > gill > muscle. Such results showed that the optimum seeking tissue for the indication of Cd 2+ coercion on Aristchthys nobilis should be serum, followed by liver.
