【Abstract】 The basic biological properties of PGRP strain GP13, which was identified as Bacillus licheniformis and used for the control of tobacco black shank (Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae) , were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature, pH and carbon and nitrogen sources for its growth were 25～30℃, 6.0～7.0, inositol and fructose, and yeast extract and beef extract, respectively.更多还原
