致病疫霉对甲霜灵抗性及抗性水平测定

【摘要】 2 0 0 0年和 2 0 0 1年从璧山、沙坪坝采集番茄晚疫病病叶和病果 ,北碚、云阳、开县、万州和忠县采集马铃薯晚疫病病叶 ,共分离得 136株致病疫霉。用生长速率法测定其对甲霜灵抗性和抗性水平 ,结果表明 :4 9.3%的菌株表现为抗性 ,9.5 %的菌株表现为中抗 ,4 1.2 %的菌株表现为敏感 ;以菌株PBB - 110 2为敏感对照 ,所测定的 4株抗性菌株的抗性水平达 10 6倍以上 ,各地菌株抗性表现与菌株来源地的施药水平密切相关 ,并对抗药性不同的地区提出了不同的用药策略

【Abstract】 The causal agent of late blight of potato and tomato, Phytophthora infestans, was isolated from tomato leaves and fruits collected from Bishan and Shapingba and from potato leaves collected from Beibei, Yunyang, Kaixian, Wanzhou and Zhongxian in 2000 and 2001. The isolated totaling 136 were tested for their resistance to the fungicide Metalaxyl and the resistance level by measuring the growth of the fungal colony. The results showed that 49.3% of the isolated were resistant, 9.5% showed intermediate level of resistance and 41.2% appeared sensitive. Compared with the Metalaxyl-sensitive control, isolate PBB-1102, the 4 resistant isolated tested showed a resistance 10 6 times higher. The resistance level of the isolates seemed to be close related to the practice of Metalaxyl application in the region where they were collected. Different strategies of pesticide application are offered for specific regions.
