【Abstract】 The orthogonal experimental design was adopted in an experiment to investigate the effects of temperature, inoculation volume, 2,4-D and sucrose on suspension culture of hypocotyl calli of Isatica indicago. The optimum combination of culture conditions was found to be a temperature of 20℃, an inoculation volume of 0.2 g/30 ml, and a medium containing 2,4-D 0.2 mg/L and sucrose 2.0%.更多还原
