四川马海毛物理机械性能的研究
A study of Sichuan Mohair’s physicomechnical properties
【摘要】 根据国家标准对四川马海毛的部分物理机械性能进行了测定.结果表明:四川马海毛F3体侧部毛纤维的平均直径,育成和分别为24.6μm(品质支数60~s)和25.4μm(品质支数58~s),成年和分别为26.2μm(品质支数58~s)和31.0μm(品质支数50~s);细度不匀率为10.6o%;四川无髓马海毛6个月毛丛自然长度F1、F2、F3分别为39.5mm、86.5mm、102.4mm,平均伸直长度分别为50mm、116.9mm、122.3mm,长度变异系数分别为26.7%、30.8%、28.0%;F1、F2、F3单纤维断裂强力与断裂伸长率分别为:18.94CN、48.3%,23.42CN、43.33%,25.16CN、45.0%;单纤维断裂强力不匀率分别为:18.55%、23.06%、32.16%;四川无髓马海毛的回潮率为14.78%,略大于我国洗净马海毛14%的公定回潮率;四川马海毛F1;F2、F3每10cm毛丛长度的平均卷曲数分别为6个、5个和5个.上述参数说明,四川马海毛具有良好的可纺性.
【Abstract】 Some physicomechanical properties of Sichuan Mohair are tested with standard methods. The results show: The average diameter in Sichuan Mohair of breed goat female() and male() is 24.6um(60s) and 25.4um(58s), adult female() and male()is 26.2nm(58s) and 31.0μm(50s); rate of no average in thin is 10.6%; length on medular fibre of F1, F2, F3 in 6 month year is 39.5mm, 86.5mm, 102.4mm respectively, average length is 50mm, 116.9mm, 122.3mm respectively, ratio of varantion is 26.7%, 30.8%, 28.0% respectively; ratio of F1, F2, F3 is 18.94CN, 48.3%, 23.42CN, 43.33%, 25.16CN, 45.0%, respectively; ratio of no average is 18.55%, 23.06%, 32.16% respectively; ratio of is 14.78%, large 14% than net mohair fibre of china; cure amount of F1, F2, F3 of Sichaun Mohair in 10cm length is 6, 5 and 5. Above figures indicate that Sichuan Mohair has good spinnability.
