【Abstract】 The informed consent is the principle of medical ethics with which all the doctors in hospital should consistently comply in their medical therapy. Particularly in operation therapy, it is so important for doctors to insist on this medical ethics principle which embodies the specific principle for patients’ dectisions for themselves. This accords with the general norm of medical ethics that patients are respected by the hospital.
