【Abstract】 It is mainly depend on the development of career moral behavior for a worker to cary out the Digest of Citizen Moral Establishment Realization. Moral behavior bases on two elemental factors-wits and will and is consisted of five aspects-the object,purpose,effect,scene and means, To develop our moral behavior we are expected to know the composition of moral thoroughly and study them diligently;and to emphasize the art of moral education and the remedial means of bad behavior,By this means,good behavior can be established and bad ones banished.更多还原
