【摘要】 用改进的DEA方法对我国西部地区科技进步进行评价,得出了各地区在1997～1999年的生产技术进步率、效率进步率、科技进步率和生产技术进步对经济增长的贡献、效率进步对经济增长的贡献、科技进步对经济增长的贡献各指标值,并与全国其他地区进行比较,通过分析以找出其中的优势和差距及其存在的问题,为加强西部地区科技进步工作提供科学依据和决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 An improved DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method is used to evaluate the scientific and technological advancement of western China. The advancement rates of production technology, efficiency, and science and technology in different regions of western China from 1997 to 1999 are calculated, and the contributions of these advancement rates to the economic growth of each region are also calculated. The mean values of these evaluation indexes are compared with the national mean values to find out the advantages and gap between them, and to analyze the existing problems. This study is to provide a scientific foundation and a decision reference for reinforcement of the work of scientific and technological advancement in western China.更多还原
