大力发展高科技园区,打造中国西部“硅谷”
Developing the High Technology Parks to Establish the Silicon Valley in China’s West
【摘要】 西部大开发 ,科技要先行。本文对比了国内外高科技园区的发展现状 ,借鉴国外发展高科技园区的经验 ,对我国西部地区的高新区建设提出了一些建议
【Abstract】 In order to develop the west of China, science goes first. In this paper, the author compares the present situations of the high technology parks between home and abroad and then makes some suggestions on how to develop the high technology parks in China’s west from the interantional experiences.
