【摘要】 从山东省分离到 4株病毒株 ,经病理剖检、鸡胚传代 ,血凝检测、动物回归、电镜和免疫电镜观察确证为传染性支气管炎病毒。将分离毒分别接种 SPF鸡胚 ,制备各自的阳性血情 ,经磷钨酸负染 ,电镜和免疫电镜观察。可见到典型的冠状病毒粒子 ,病毒的直径界于 60 - 2 0 0 mm之间 ,呈多形性 ,有囊膜 ,个别有纤突。病毒大量聚集 ,各株病毒在形态上无差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Four strain were isolated from some sick flocks which had respiratory symptom in Shandong province,and proved be infectious bronchitis virus by autopsy,culture,haemagglutination inbibition test,animal regression test,immuno electron microscope observation,compared with standard strain M 41 .The four isolates were inoculated in specific pathogen free(SPF)embryos,then harvested the allantoid fluid had concentrated the virus,prepared positive sera.The isolates were classic coronavirus observed by electron microscope with the diameters were between 60nm and 220nm,had spikes,some and capsids.Photos by immuno electron microscope showed much virus collectively.The five isolates had no difference at configuration.更多还原
