【Abstract】 The inhibitory activity of Phlorizin, which was obtained from apple peel against tyrosinase was determined in this study. Phlorizin’s IC max was 98.2% when its concentration was 0.3% and its IC 50 was 0.05%, both of them were better than those of arbutin and kojic acid. When combined with arbutin or kojic acid, its inhibitory activity could reach 100%.更多还原
